Landpac trades as Landpac Technologies Pty Ltd and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Conplant.

Conplant Pty Ltd, ACN ‍000373151, (“Conplant”, “we”, “our” or “us”) have implemented this Privacy Policy to provide visitors to our website, our customers and other individuals (“you” or “your”) with information about how we collect, store and use the personal information you provide to us or that we otherwise collect.  If you wish to make any inquiries regarding this Privacy Policy, you should contact us in any of the ways specified below under “How to contact us”. Conplant is related to other companies (related bodies corporate) and this Privacy Policy applies if your personal information is dealt with by those related companies. A reference in this Privacy Policy to “we”, “our” or “us” also refers to our related bodies corporate. We may review and update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to take into account new laws, regulations and technology. All personal information held by us will be governed by the most up-to-date version of this Privacy Policy posted on our website. 

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

“Personal information” is information or an opinion, whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable.  Personal information collected by us may include (but is not limited to) the following:

Our website uses a “Contact Us” form through which you can request information, products, and services. Information we obtain from the “Contact Us” form is used to send you orders and information about our company. We may also collect personal information about you via third parties (ie other organisations, such as your employer or business, or from third party recruitment agencies to whom you provided your personal information). However, we will only collect your personal information in this way if it is unreasonable or impracticable to collect this information directly from you or if we are otherwise permitted to do so. 

INFORMATION COLLECTED VIA OUR WEBSITE: We will not collect any personal information about users of our website except when they knowingly provide it or as otherwise described below. 

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to help analyse how our website is used. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users’ computers. The information generated is used to create reports about the use of our website. Google will store this information. We will not (and will not allow any third party to) use Google Analytics to track or to collect any personally identifiable information of visitors to our Website. We will not associate any data gathered from this website with any personally identifying information from any source as part of our use of Google Analytics. THE WAY WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION: We collect personal information you provide about yourself for our business functions and activities, including primarily to record appropriate details for completing any service or order you have placed with us, and also so that we may:

MARKETING 

We use an online marketing platform service provider to send and manage emails. In using this service, we may collect personal information which may contain email addresses and other information to be used for the distribution of email campaigns and other important information. All information collected through the digital communication provider is the property of  Conplant and is never shared with or used by third parties. The digital communication provider maintains your data in compliance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. All data is maintained within Australia and never leaves the Australian jurisdiction. We may use personal information provided by you for sending you information, including promotional material, about us or our products and services, as well as the products and services of our related entities, now and in the future. We may send you such information by means of direct mail, phone calls, email, SMS and MMS messages. You can contact us using the contact details specified below under “How to contact us” (or following any specific procedures included in marketing communications) if you do not want to receive marketing information from us. 

THE WAYS WE MAY DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION 

Depending on the nature of your engagement with us, we may disclose your personal information to our related entities or to third parties that provide products and services to us or through us. We may also disclose your personal information to:

• any of Conplant’s internal divisions, business units or departments;

If other organisations provide us with support services, we require them to appropriately safeguard the privacy of the information provided to them.

You can contact us to request access to your personal information or if your information changes. In ordinary circumstances we will give you full access to your personal information.
